Absolutely *No alcohol & smoking* during the trip. 

In case of any abnormal activities, trek lead will take the final call and will stand a chance of being deserted by Trip on weekends Team. 

 *Rules and regulations have been adopted for the safe enjoyment of the activity and you should agree to adhere to those

regulations*. 

No Luxury We assure awesome memories from every trip, but not awesome facilities! We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation.

No littering during our travels. We love nature as much as you do.

Co-operate with the organizer(s) in following the schedule set for the day (Especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure travelers won’t miss out on the real fun part – that is travelling.

Traveler's are expected to respect each other and help each other. Avoid discussing sensitive matters.

Using foul or abusive language, eve-teasing, arguing with fellow

travelers/organizer(s) and/or involving in the physical assault will not be accepted and will stand a chance of being deserted by Trip on weekends Team.

Every traveler is expected to sign a liability/waiver form given by the organizer(s) before boarding the vehicle.

Please take care of your belongings and also, all equipment belonging to the Trip on weekends is expected to be used carefully. The charges for any equipment that may be damaged/ lost during an event will have to be borne by the participants of the event.

You cannot go off-trail or move out alone without informing organizers.

Reach the boarding station on time.

Try to avoid plastics as much as possible, especially plastic smiles

*Cancellations and Postponements by Organizer(s)*:

Trip on weekends may decide to cancel the event if there are less than 8 travelers or due to external factors which are beyond our control, such as political situations, natural hazards, cancellation of public transports, etc.,

The organizers will inform you about alternate events. You can choose to switch to any other event for which seats are available or choose to cancel in this case, the full amount will be refunded.
